In the Japanese dub, Watson has a deeper voice than Shyarock Sherlock… I do not know what this means but I am so unsure.

I see no problem with him having a deeper voice? Their speech patterns and the intonations are a stronger implication of character than anything else. But I guess non-speakers wouldn’t be able to catch that.
